"I grew up in Brooklyn, New York so I've always been inspired by art. If you've been to Williamsburg, you know there's street art everywhere. I attended high school in Manhattan and had a bunch of friends from Queens so I remember taking the train and passing by 5 Pointz just amazed by all the art and all the color. It's gone now but I'm glad I got to see it. It's really inspiring seeing things for the first time and I hope when people come across my work it gives that type of awe."
